The work environment must be humane!
We should consider the environmental impact of our projects.

Self interest is a concern. I need to consider my own situation when considering whether I will be an agent for change. Risks associated with being a 'whistle blower'.
Public image and perception in the media is a power force for change for some (but only some) businesses, e.g. important for Apple, not so important for Shell.
Disclosure has consequences. I might not want (or need) to take responsibility for each part of my supply chain?
The aspiration to equality may cover areas beyond the terms and conditions of an employment contract (gender, race, ethnicity, religion, etc).
